Sportish
Branding + Website + Social Media
+ Podcast Artwork
Sportish is a media brand and podcast co-founded by Australian Olympian Libby Trickett and health professional Georgie Trickett. It focuses on making sports accessible and enjoyable by exploring the intersection of sports and popular culture, aiming to break down barriers and promote a more inclusive, pressure-free approach to sports for all ages.
The brand needed to feel:
Energetic, Connected, Playful
The Approach
Bringing the Brand to Life
In Conclusion
To bring the Sportish vision to life, I worked closely with the founders to understand the long-term goals of the brand, its audience, and the role it hoped to play within the sports media landscape. These insights informed a visual identity that balanced energy, connection, and playfulness while capturing the brand's fresh and inclusive perspective on sport.
Once we landed on a visual identity, I expanded the brand across key digital touchpoints to create a seamless audience experience. From website design to podcast artwork and supporting digital assets, each element was carefully crafted to strengthen brand recognition and create consistency across platforms. The result was a vibrant and engaging brand presence that reflected Sportish's unique voice and made its content instantly recognisable.
Sportish launched with a cohesive visual identity and digital presence that positioned the brand confidently within the sports media space. Through a consistent and engaging brand experience, the team was equipped with the tools to build audience awareness, grow their platform, and connect with listeners through a distinctive and memorable brand.
To effectively convey Sportish’s core values, it was essential to infuse movement and energy into the branding and website layout. Bright, colorful design elements were collaged with imagery to create a playful, dynamic experience as users scroll through the site.
Sportish is hosted by three time Olympian Libby Trickett and kids coach Georgie Trickett. Since the hosts were the central focus of the podcast, they became the primary subjects for the cover artwork.
It was important for the design to convey a friendly, playful vibe that reflected the lighthearted and comedic tone of the show.
